ENC Strategy, a strategic communication agency, is looking for a contract Graphic Designer to bring their creative and production abilities to our digital and print campaigns.  In this role, you will be responsible for all forms of creativity, including developing initial designs and taking them through to finished projects.  Projects may include web site design, digital promotions, distinctive collateral, and modern publications.  To do this, you will need to thoroughly understand typography, grid systems, digital animation, and video production.  You will also need a minimum of 7-10 years of experience.  In return, we’ll provide the opportunity to apply your creativity and push it to the next level with increasingly sophisticated projects in a fast paced, collaborative, and friendly environment.

To be successful, the Graphic Designer must have a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including web and video applications. Experience with Sketch, InVision App and other web prototyping tools as well as experience with cloud based rapid design tools is a plus.  Extensive experience of PowerPoint with knowledge of all features and capabilities.  Communication is a big part of the job, so the Graphic Designer must feel confident enough to contribute to the entire creative process.

  • Producing attractive and effective designs for all media
  • Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Agency experience
  • The ability to meet deadlines and produce accurate work in a high pressure environment
